Ingredients:

  • 1 small box of elbow macaroni
  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup

Directions:

Cook noodles as directed on box. Drain. Stir in contents of soup can. Enjoy!

Sometimes I will use 3/4 of the larger family size of soup just to make it extra creamy.

Instead of using macaroni you can do this with minute rice to make a great side dish..just dump 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, 1 can of water and then 1 can of minute rice and heat over med low/med heat until rice is done :) Goes great with chicken..or whatever!

I used to make that too. I would add onions & green peppers to the boiling macaroni water. Sometimes I added left over chicken, or turkey, sausage, whatever.
