This is a variation on stuffed meatballs, it's faster and easier to fix.
Cook your hamburger (2lb) first. Not in meatballs but crumble it up and cook it like you always do. Drain grease. After draining the grease from the hamburger, mix in tomato soup (without water) chopped onion and green peppers in a large pan and heat. We usually add canned whole potatoes to the mixture as the "side" dish and you have a great easy meal for 3 or 4. My husband fixes this and since my husband can do it and not screw it up, it's easy! It cuts the cooking time down because when you put everything into meatballs, it takes forever to cook the meatballs especially if they are big. It's frugal because you are using ingredients that are fairly inexpensive and it makes a meal for 4 or even 5 if you stretch it.
