Sausage Breakfast Casserole
- 8 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 lb. hot sausage cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 6 slices white bread, cubed
Mix ingredients together. Pour into sprayed (Pam) 9x12 inch baking dish. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes or until light brown on top.
