I have a cute idea on how to package gifts for my friends but I can't seem to find any elegant yet small treats or candies to make to put in it. Any ideas would be helpful, thanks!

Truffles are small, easy, and elegant. Just Google in truffles and you will get so many good recipes. The M&M's website has some cute candy ideas also.

For tea or coffee drinkers, flavored stirring spoons. Buy plastic spoons in whatever color you prefer, or clear. Dip the bowls in thick melted chocolate, or melted hard candy. Remember to be careful with the flavors if you go the hard candy route. Grapefruit sours may not be a good idea, however orange or cinnamon would. The chocolate is easier, I think. Just dip, cool and wrap in small squares of colored plastic wrap. Tie each spoon with ribbons or raffia.

Pecans roasted in butter, corn syrup and salt are elegant and easy.

If you make candy, get some gold paper cups to put them in. You should be able to find them at Michael's or a similar craft store.
Paper lace doilies would be another idea.
Molded mints or candy can be made as plain or fancy as you want.
What type of treats are you making?
