Ditto on the silk pillow case for face wrinkles and for hair :-) I love mine because as long as I don't have a sweaty or toss and turn night my hair only needs a slight fluffing in the morning instead of having to spend a long time washing and styling every single day :-)

Hi Michelle I do not know about a pillow but i do know about silk pillow cases they really do work you will never wake up with lines on your face from a silk case not only that but it helps with your hair as well because it slides on the silk instead of grabing like cotton.
