Have you tried putting your title in the freezer? I remember one of Heloise's Hints for unsticking envelope flaps is to put the envelope in the freezer for a day and then the flap will come undone. Try it with your title - it can't hurt.

Hum clear tape not gonna go. Get a new title or leave it. steam will work on envelopes or such if ya wanna get them open. If it's clear tape that a whole different type of sticky lol and I've never found any remedy for clear tape on paper. You might could try heat like maybe a hair dryer on it for a bit and try to carefully peel it off before it cools. Hope this helps
