How could I take super glue off glass without scratching the glass?

Try your local hardware store and ask if they have a solution to melt the hardened glue.

A double sided razor blade like those in the Red Devil holders should do the trick. I used to clean new houses in subdivisions and they take things off windows, many things, most anything without scratching. I keep one by my sink to scrape burned spots in pans and stuck on food too.
