In a small bowl mix 1 tablespoon flour, 1 Tablespoon salt. Mix them well. Then add 1 Tablespoon white vinegar. Mix into thick paste.
With a damp cloth or sponge gently wipe some on item to be cleaned. Set aside about an hour, then rinse off, using warm, (NOT HOT) water. Gently polish with soft rag. Re-do if needed.
Caution, This should not be used for cleaning Silver, Silverplate or your jewelry!
