Freeze Chicken Leftovers in Broth

When you cook a chicken and have leftovers to put in the freezer, store the chunks of chicken in broth to keep it from drying out. Your chicken will be nice and moist when you need it for casseroles, etc.

I do this with my leftover turkey. It freezes wonderfully for casseroles, enchiladas, etc, at a later time. I simply don't understand why people eat turkey day after day, only to get sick of it.
