Tip: Perfume On A Lightbulb
Archived on 01/24/2008
Here's an old fashioned tip on making a room fragrant. Put a dab of perfume on a light bulb in a lamp, and then when the lamp is on, the heat of the light bulb will diffuse the scent. Be careful, though, putting it on a hot bulb may cause it to shatter. I have also put cotton balls dipped in perfume on the metal part of the lampshade holder to diffuse the scent. A good use for perfumes that may be too dried up for daily use.
