I work for a general contracting company and in the course of washing down a building, the windows were washed with a TSP solution leaving a film that is proving very difficult to remove. Please advise me of any products or methods to aid in the removal of this wretched film.

We have a gravel pit behind us and we get an oily film on our windows every time they crush. The only thing that takes it off is the Armour All window cleaner for cars. It gets rid of the film just like it does on the cars. Try that. Hope it does the trick.
