I recently received a starter batter and have been making bread for about 3 weeks. More bread than we can eat. I have frozen some and then taken out to see how it would do and it did great. I read recently on the internet you can also freeze the starter mix. It said to lay it on the counter for 3 days before starting the 10 day process after being frozen. Hope this helps.

As Deeli did, I have to smile at this one. I want to add, you can freeze it but you can't use electricity.....just kidding!

You most certainly can :-) Just wrap tightly with saran wrap and/or foil :-)
