- 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 cup marshmallows
- 1 cup nuts
Take pineapple, remove juice and add to sugar, flour, eggs, and butter; cook until thick. When cool, add pineapple, marshmallows and nuts.

Mix pineapple juice, sugar, flour and egg together. Cook until mixture thickens, stirring constantly. Cool. Add pineapple and marshmallows. Serves 8.

This sounds like a salad that I make. You could add a little cooked Acini dePepe pasta to this. Trust me, it's delicious! (01/19/2009)
