Bacon Swiss Chicken
- 4-6 chicken breasts
- 6 pieces bacon, cooked (save some of the grease)
- 1 Tbsp. Adobo seasoning or garlic
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken and/or mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1/2 cup water or wine
- 6-8 slices of Swiss cheese
Place some of bacon grease on bottom of pan. Place chicken in pan. Mix the rest of ingredients together and pour over chicken. Place bacon on top of chicken and then cheese Cook at 400 degrees F for approximately 30 minutes.
