Grilled Turkey Tenderloin

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. turkey tenderloins or turkey steaks, cut 3/4 - 1 inch thick
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup peanut oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • dash black pepper
  • dash garlic salt
  • 2 Tbsp. extremely finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger

Directions:

Blend all ingredients together in a shallow pan for marinade with turkey tenderloins or steaks. Add turkey, turning to coat both sides. Cover and marinate in refrigerator several hours, turning occasionally. Grill steaks over hot coals 8 - 10 minutes per side, depending on thickness. Turkey steaks are done when there is no pink in the center of the meat. Do not overcook. Serves 3-4.

Recipe: Grilled Turkey Tenderloins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. turkey tenderloins (3/4-1" thick)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. onion, dehydrated
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • dash black pepper
  • dash garlic salt

Directions

In a shallow pan, mix all of the ingredients together. Add the turkey tenderloins and turn to coat both sides of the meat. Cover and refrigerate for several hours, turning occasionally. Grill the tenderloins over hot coals for 6-8 minutes. The tenderloins are done when they are no longer pink in the center.
