Grilled Turkey Tenderloin
- 1 lb. turkey tenderloins or turkey steaks, cut 3/4 - 1 inch thick
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup peanut oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- dash black pepper
- dash garlic salt
- 2 Tbsp. extremely finely chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
Blend all ingredients together in a shallow pan for marinade with turkey tenderloins or steaks. Add turkey, turning to coat both sides. Cover and marinate in refrigerator several hours, turning occasionally.
Grill steaks over hot coals 8 - 10 minutes per side, depending on thickness. Turkey steaks are done when there is no pink in the center of the meat. Do not overcook. Serves 3-4.
