Yoshi is 4 years old. We got Yoshi March 1, 2009 from the Humane Society. Yoshi likes to sleep, eat, and to take care of our kittens. He especially loves to put the dog in his place, by ambushing and smacking him. He just wants to make sure the dog knows who is boss. He definitely rules the house!
Yoshi has an adorable freckle on his nose, and is obsessed with stuffed animals. He will find every stuffed animal (the bigger the better) in the house and drag them out to the hall or kitchen. I have 3 kids so there is usually at least 5 or 6 stuffed animals in the hall. Yoshi is very insistent about being in the bathroom when someone is taking a shower.

Yoshi is quite a handsome boy and he certainly sounds like a character. :-)
I love the middle photo of the cats all together. When our son and his wife were fostering kitties, we had 7 at one time in the house. Only one of the females didn't want to have anything to do with any other cat. She had to go to a home where she was the only pet, and when she did, she was perfectly happy. All the others which included our own. Sir Catty-Kit would play together, sleep together, usually all up on our bed. They were wonderful to watch playing.
All but one has gone on to their forever homes now, and the one the kids kept is blind in one eye, and has some other something wrong, an injury in birth the vet said, but he is perfectly happy. Tyson is a little scrapper, thus his name.
He and our Kit are really good together. Kit instinctively knows that Tyson is weaker, and allows him to eat first, and puts up with his kitten antics so patiently. I'm so proud of his being such a nice boy.
