Sausage and Sauerkraut
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can sauerkraut
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 4 medium potatoes
- 4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
- link sausage
Brown sausage slightly. Combine other ingredients, except cheese. Bake 2 hours or in crock pot 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high. The last 15 minutes add the cheese.
