Frozen Cranberry-Pineapple Salad
- 1 (large) can crushed pineapple, well-drained
- 1 can whole cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup sour cream
Mix thoroughly. Spoon into muffin cups. Freeze 3 at least 3 hours or until firm. Remove from freezer 30 minutes before serving and place in refrigerator. Serves 6-8.

How could you work this to make into a jello salad? Do you think just one small box of flavored jello of your choice or a larger box? Would you place all of the water as directed or less?
