Jubilee is great for getting greasy-black marks off things. It is also great if your child colors with lipstick on the wall :o)

You could also try a baking soda (wet sponge sprinkled with baking soda). Soda is great at removing stains from glass, plastics and composites. It might work on those puck scratches.
