Ingredients
- 1 Granny Smith apple, peeled, cored and thinly sliced into rings
- 2 tsp. butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup caramel or caramel-peanut butter apple dip
- 1/4 cup water
- dash of cinnamon
Directions
Cut apples slices into quarters. In large nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add apples, cook and stir until apples are crisp-tender. Stir in caramel dip, water and cinnamon.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook 2 minutes or until mixture is slightly thickened, stirring occasionally. Serve warm over ice cream. Most kids just love this!
