Ingredients
- 3 1/3 cups flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups margarine
- 1 cup brown sugar (firmly packed)
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 (6 oz.) box instant pudding (your choice of flavor)
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1 pkg. chocolate chips
Directions
Mix flour with baking soda. Combine margarine, sugars, pudding mix and vanilla in a large bowl; beat until smooth and creamy.
Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture; then stir in chips. Drop by ice cream scoops full onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake between 350 to 375 degrees F. for 10 minutes (Temperature depends on your oven). Remove from oven, allow cookies to sit on cookie sheet 3 minutes more. Remove from sheet. Cool completely.
