Quick and Easy "Refried Beans"
Ingredients:
1 Can Pinto Beans
Small clove of garlic
1 jalapeno pepper
1 Tablespoon Olive or Canola Oil
Directions:
Place all in food processor and blend until smooth.
Makes a great dip, or a base layer for burritos, or tostados.
I sometimes also add about a fourth of a cup of picante sauce for a different flavor.

Hi Jill, I would drain and wash the pinto beans.
