- 1 lb. lean ground chuck
- 1/3 cup chili sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 2 tsp. prepared horseradish
- 1 tsp. minced onion
- 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper, to taste
- 1 loaf Vienna bread
- 2 Tbsp. margarine, softened
- 4 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Preheat broiler. Combine first 8 ingredients in bowl; mix well. Cut bread into halves lengthwise. Spread each half with margarine. Spread ground chuck mixture over margarine layer.
Place in broiler pan. Broil for 6 minutes or until ground chuck is brown. Sprinkle with cheese. Broil until cheese melts. Cut in serving pieces.
