Broiled Bacon and Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients:

• 2 cups American cheese
• 6 slices bacon
• 1 small onion

• 2 tsp. mustard
• hot dog or hamburger buns

Directions:

Grind cheese, bacon, and onion together. Add 2 tsp. mustard and mix well. Spread on each half of hot dog or hamburger bun and broil until light brown and bubbly. Serve hot. Mixture can be stored in refrigerator for a few days.
