- 4 cups dandelion
- 3 eggs, hard boiled
- 3 slices bacon
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 1/2 cup milk or water
Wash and chop dandelion. Cut bacon in pieces and fry crisp. Mix dry ingredients together. Add liquids and pour into skillet. Cook until thickened. Cool slightly. Pour over dandelion. Add chopped eggs. Mix lightly.
