Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- dash salt
- 1 (12 or 16 0z) heatproof disposable cup
- 2 Tbsp. shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
In a small bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt and beat well.
Pour into cup and place in microwave.
Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir mixture. Top with cheese. Microwave an additional 30 seconds or until eggs are firm. Stir before serving
