Cook chicken in a pan until slightly browned. Mix in cream of chicken soup, then add your desired amount of water (a little water for a thick "gravy", or a lot for a thin gravy - or you don't have to add water at all). Cover pan and allow to simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. While you let the chicken cook, in a separate pan, cook the egg noodles according to package directions. Serve chicken breasts and gravy over a bed of egg noodles after everything is done. Bon appetite!
