Brown meat; add taco seasoning as directed on package. Add tomatoes; simmer for 15 minutes. Layer 1 flour tortilla in round casserole dish;. Place taco meat on tortilla and spread to cover. Sprinkle with cheese. Repeat layers, starting with tortilla and ending with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
