Garden: Rhododendrons In Spring

This little rhododendron is the first to bloom in my garden every spring. I've planted about twenty rhodies in my garden, and they bloom from February though June. I selected the varieties I have, after studying two books with information on rhododendrons.

In my driveway, there were two rhodie bushes very close together. One was pink, the other lilac in color. The blooms were so lovely, I took a long and close up view of them. The one I picked seems to be almost perfect! I hope you keep this photo and look at it when the snow is up to the window sill!
