Chris's Skillet Casserole |

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chuck, browned and drained
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- 1 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 cup macaroni, cooked and drained well
- 1 1/2 cups ketchup
- 1/2 cup yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup Worchestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Brown and drain ground chuck. Saute onions, green pepper and garlic. Mix in ground chuck and cooked pasta. Add remaining ingredients except cheddar cheese stirring well. Simmer together for approximately 30 minutes in electric skillet. Turn heat off on skillet and add shredded cheese. Put lid on skillet to allow cheese to melt. Enjoy. Approx. 6 servings.
