Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. pineapple juice
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 cups whipped topping
- 1 can fruit cocktail (16 oz.)
- 1 can pineapple chunks (16 oz.)
- 1 can mandarin oranges (8oz.)
- 2-3 apple
- chopped coconut, to taste
Directions
Beat egg yolks in sauce pan until fluffy. Add sugar, pineapple juice and lemon juice. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Cool. Add whipped topping. Drain canned fruit. Combine all fruit and coconut in bowl. Add cooked mixture; mix well. Chill until serving time.
