Toffee Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 2 small boxes butterscotch instant pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cups oil
  • 1 cup water

Topping:

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:

Combine the first 5 ingredients. In separate bowl combine topping ingredients.

Spread half the batter in a 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle half the topping on batter and cut through. Pour remaining batter. Sprinkle the rest of topping on top.

Bake 350 degrees F. for 35-40 minutes or until done.
