Sequined Pin Instructions

I would like to create sequined pins with holiday themes. For example, green trees at Christmas, red hearts at Valentine's Day, etc. Does anybody have directions or links? I have several that were made by a woman with whom my mother worked. They're approx. 2 in. and are slightly padded. Thanks very much.

Sequins can be glued or sewn on, the slightly padded part of the pin is probably felt. She most likely drew the item on felt, cut it out, then sewed or glued on the sequins, then added a pin to the back. You can take a close look at the pin to see how it is constructed. Notice that the sequins aren't slapped on any old way, they can be sewn in rows and one sequin might cover part of another sequin.

Once you figure out how the pin is constructed and how the sequins are placed in each area of the design, you should be able to find approximately 2" pictures online that will work for the holiday pins and be able to make your own.
