Make this cute little carrot pin to wear on Easter. You can make several to give as gifts or slip one into a plastic egg. This is a guide about making a felt carrot pin.

This fun little felt carrot pin is so easy to make. It would be a great Easter gift too!


  • orange felt
  • green ribbon
  • orange embroidery floss
  • needle
  • lighter, optional
  • pin back
  • hot glue gun

  1. Cut out the template. Attach it to the felt using rolls of tape and cut out two (2) carrots. Then cut 3 short lengths of ribbon. Use a lighter to melt the ends to prevent fraying, if desired.
  2. Use hot glue to attach the ribbon pieces to the felt.
  3. Sandwich the ribbon between the felt pieces and sew together with embroidery floss, using a backstitch. Then add the details to the carrot.

  5. Attach the pin back with hot glue. Allow glue to dry. Enjoy!
