Toss raisins with 1 Tbsp. flour; set aside. In a large bowl, pour coffee, egg and oil together. Dissolve yeast. Mix first mixture, yeast, salt, sugar, spices and 1 cup flour together. Beat well. Add the rest of the flour and knead. When almost done kneading, add raisins and knead until smooth and elastic. Let rise until double. Punch down and place in a greased bread pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly and remove from pan. Drizzle glaze over loaf. Very tasty!
