I am starting a baking business. I want to start selling mostly scones, muffins and breakfast items. Does anyone have any ideas for a business name? My first name is Mary.

What about altering the spelling of your name lightly and have it "Merry Muffins" or you might like "Mary Muffin's." "Mary Muffins" Marry Muffin's Bakery"
Also, plain works well: "Mary's Bake Shop."
Or just plain "Mary's."
good luck... I'd love to know what you finally choose! Just in case I ever get to colorado springs!

These are all really good. The idea that jumped in my head was :"Mary's Morning Miracles". Good luck with your business.

Here's a few from a bad punster - "Dough-Nuts", "Dough-bouys", "Daily Bread", "Well-Bread", "Roll Over", "Lotsa Dough", "Takin' to Bakin'", "Appetite Suppressant", "The Oven", "The Lovin' Oven", "Baker's Treat" (use a picture of a smiling detective of a Sherlock Holmes'-style magnifying glass and hat, inspecting a loaf of your bread), "Slice of Heaven", "Slice of Life", "Bun Fight" (as in, "I'll fight you for that bun, because I know who baked it"), "Grain of Truth", "Sandwich Lifestyle", "Yummo".
Hope this helps. Dt Leonie

In the sixties there was a beautiful song called "Mary In the Morning". How about that or "Morning's With Mary" or "Mary's Mornings"?

I have always thought if I would open a bakery I would call it "Muffin To Talk About." I would have tables and chairs, coffees and teas to go along with the yummy baked goods! I hope this helps!!!
