Mix Powdered Make Up With Vaseline
Saw a tip about mixing powdered blush/eyeshadow with lip balm to make it creamy, I use vaseline and it works with that, too.

The trouble is that Vaseline can be drying. Try Shea butter, cocoa butter or a nonpetroleum product.
