Cinnamon Muffins |

Ingredients:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions:
Cream sugar and margarine. Add eggs and vanilla. Blend in sour cream and milk. Add dry ingredients. Combine 2 Tbsp. sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon. Top muffins with mixture before baking at 350 degrees F, bake 20 minutes.
