I'm a bonafide Cajun, and so I'll take a stab @ this one for you: 1 cup butter, cubed 1 teaspoon minced fresh basil 1 teaspoon minced fresh tarragon 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 3 drops (or "to taste") hot pepper sauce (I use Asian "Siracha" sauce because it delivers the heat and a much better flavor than Tabasco or other of this type of hot sauce) In a small saute or sauce pan heat the butter until melted and hot. Turn off heat & add the remaining ingredients. Use this mixture to baste shrimp on the grill, or when pan searing, etc.
