Removing Wax from Unstained Pressure Treated Deck

Does anyone know how to remove wax stains off a pressure treated deck? It hasn't been stained yet.

This is what I would do:

First, scrape off all the wax you can with a putty knife.

Then, put down an old towel to act as a blotter, and iron it. Hopefully the wax will melt and be absorbed into the towel. You may have to repeat that several times

If all fails, I would try to pressure wash it with HOT water
