How can I get ink off a comforter?

Dry cleaners can generally remove ink. If you want to try it yourself, I've found that ball point pen markings come out easily if you spray the spot liberally with hair spray, then wash the garment. You could try that on your comforter as well. If it's a larger spot, purchase a pump spray bottle so you can pour the liquid. I might try soaking the spotted area in a bucket afterward to see if it makes a difference before you wash the entire comforter (wouldn't want it to bleed...). Good luck!
