Overnight Fruit Salad
- 1 cup milk
- 3 eggs yolks
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 pint whipped cream
- 1 cup pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1 lb. mini marshmallows
- pinch salt
Boil milk, egg yolks, sugar, cornstarch and salt until thick. Cool until very cold. Fold pineapple and marshmallows into whipped cream and then into milk mixture. Refrigerate and decorate with cherries and grapes.
