Sweet and Sour Meat Loaf

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion (chopped)
  • 1 cup cracker crumbs (soda crackers)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 water
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 beaten egg

Directions

Mix well and mound first 6 ingredients in centre of greased baking dish, leave 1 inch spare on all sides. Combine next ingredients and spread over meat. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 1/2 hours. Baste while cooking.
