Using Crockpot To Prep Meals
We cook up hamburger in the crockpot with onions and freeze to use at a later date. We do up the hamburger with taco seasoning mix and freeze as well. It's fast and quick when you want dinner in a hurry.

After cooking this I would drain and rinse in the colander to remove all the grease, divide into portion sizes and freeze flat in plastic zipper bags.
