Joining Woven Potholders to Make Placemats

I am making potholders with a square loom. I want to make place mats with them, but I do not know how to put the squares together. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thank you.

I don't know about your sewing skills, so it helps if you have some! Just thread a large eyed needle with a matching or contrasting yarn color, lay the blocks side by side, and sew all the touching sides together by passing your yarn through adjacent loops. be sure to tie the yarn at each end when you are through.
