I have painted a new cabinet top with an undercoat and two coats of black semi-gloss. I want to get a harder finish and wondered if I can use MinWax semi gloss polycrylic over the paint?
Yes, I have used that product. It will look cloudy in the can but goes on perfectly. Just make sure you sand lightly in between coats. Next time might I suggest you use an enamel paint. Works perfectly and really takes a beating. No top coat needed.
