- 1 bunch red leaf lettuce
- 1 bunch romaine lettuce
- 1/2 bunch fresh spinach
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1 package frozen peas, uncooked
- 1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
- 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing (The Original)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
Tear greens in bite size pieces and put in a long 2 qt. glass dish. Sprinkle onions, peas and crumbled bacon over this. Spread dressing over greens like icing. Do not mix or toss. Seal dressing to edges keeping air out and refrigerate. Salad can be made 24 hours ahead.
