Ingredients
- 1 lb. extra lean ground beef
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 Tbsp. minced or finely chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1/8 tsp. oregano
- 1 spaghetti sauce with meat (15 oz.)
Directions
Mix together first 5 ingredients. Add 2 Tbsp. spaghetti sauce. Shape into patties and brown in pan over low heat. Pour off excess fat. Add remaining spaghetti sauce. Cover, cook gently 15 minutes.
