Casserole Made with Chicken Nuggets?

I received a huge bag of breaded chicken chunks (like nuggets) from Angelfood Ministries and I'd like to make a casserole or main dish of some sort. Any ideas? I don't just want to heat and serve with fries and veggies.

Cut the nuggets into 2-3 pices, and use them in any recipe that you would use chunks of chicken for.

Hash Browns Casserole (serves 4)

I got these also. They were buffalo style and too hot for my younger ones so be careful.

Great ideas. I got them and they were tiny, tiny. I mean like the size of grapes or smaller. I'm not sure what happened there. I didn't get spicy ones (good thing because my little ones have tender tongues) but plain ones.

It's interesting to hear that we don't all get exactly the same thing coast to coast.

I like to put them atop of a bed of rice and cover with a sweet and sour sauce.

I make this and have submitted it before. Even tho' I use sliced turkey, you can use your nuggets, too.
In an ungreased, 4 quart casserole, lay a bed of prepared box stuffing mix, a layer of nuggets, some shredded cojack cheese (you can use something else if you like), a can of drained veggies (I use corn but...), and top it off with a package of Idahoan (your choice, again) instant spuds.

I bake it at 350 for about 30 minutes. It is great with turkey gravy for over the top and some cranberry sauce or gel on the side.

Another one I love is

in a casserole, lay down some cooked rice, the nuggets, some drained pineapple (chunked or crushed), some sweet and sour, a bit of teriyaki, some chopped red pepper and bake for about 30 minutes at 350.
I am enclosing a shot of the first recipe.

I hope this helps!

These are already breaded. Are these recipes you guys gave with "breaded" nuggets? I have never heard of breaded chicken w/sweet & sour, hmmm. A couple of them sound great though! Thanks

Yes, the nuggets are breaded in the hash brown casserole recipe.
