When you find out who made it, it would be nice to have a plaque made with the name of the builder/designer and date it was put in the park.

My guess is that looking at the picture, it isn't really a playground type swing. It doesn't look like it would go as high as kids like to go. I'm thinking it is probably more for to be used like a porch swing or glider.

It looks very artistic, But SO heavy looking,While the swing is in motion- if a child put its leg down to stop,would it hurt the kids leg? Do you think, anyway looks good.

All you need to do is ask your city or county in charge of the park where it came from and who made it ;-) It's a cool looking swing :-)
